"We run your channels" means, concretely: we build a strategy, plan and create the posts, publish them, reply to comments and messages (community management), run paid ads if you want, and send you a plain-English report every month. Your accounts and content stay entirely yours throughout.

What's actually included?

Social media management is an ongoing loop rather than a single task. These building blocks are part of it:

  • Content strategy: We define what you post about, in what tone and for whom. That's the plan, so nothing random ends up online.
  • Planning & creation: We prepare the posts: text, images, short videos. You see them before they go live.
  • Posting: Everything goes out at the right time, without you being stuck on your phone in the evening.
  • Community management: We reply to comments and messages. On business days we respond within 24 hours, so no enquiry is left hanging.
  • Paid ads: If you want, we promote selected posts so more people see them (more on that below).
  • Monthly reporting: Once a month you get a short, plain-language report: what went well, what we're changing.

Content and ads: what's the difference?

This is the most important distinction, and it's often confused.

Content is your normal posts, the ones your followers see for free. Think of it like your shop window: whoever walks past looks in. The catch: only part of your followers see any given post at all.

Ads (paid promotion) are posts you pay to show to specific new people, including those who don't follow you yet. It's like a flyer placed exactly in the neighbourhood where your ideal customers live.

Content Ads
Cost No media budget You pay to show it
Reach Mainly your followers Also new, relevant people
Purpose Trust, recognition Targeted new customers

So content builds the relationship, and ads take you to new people. They work best together.

How much do I still have to do myself?

Less than you'd think, but not nothing. The idea is to take the work off your plate without the posts sounding like someone else.

  • At the start: a conversation so we understand your business, your tone and your goals.
  • Ongoing: you send us raw material now and then (a photo of the new dish, a note about an offer) and take a quick look at the planned posts.
  • When needed: if a message is too specialised (say, a specific appointment request), we pass it to you.

Expect a few minutes here and there, not hours. The rest is on us.

How do I know what actually works?

Likes are nice, but rarely the point. We look at what helps your business, and explain it in the monthly report without jargon:

  • Reach: How many people saw your posts?
  • Engagement: Are people responding (comments, saves, shares)?
  • Actions: Do they click your profile, your website, or call you?
  • For ads: What does a click or an enquiry cost, and is it worth it?

We treat social media like a test that gets smarter every month: what works, we do more of; what doesn't, we drop. Decisions come from the numbers, not from guesswork.

Who owns my accounts and content?

You do, always. This matters to us, so we say it plainly:

  • Your accounts stay yours. We work inside your profile, but you are and remain the owner and administrator.
  • Ads run on your own ad account. We add no markup on your ad budget. What you pay to promote goes 100% to the platform.
  • Your content belongs to you. Photos, text, videos: it all stays with you, even if the collaboration ever ends.

You never hand over your passwords and you're never locked in. You keep control.
